FROM RUSSELL, TAZEWELL, WISE, LEE, DICKENSON, OR BUCHANAN COUNTY:

• Heading east on Alt. Hwy. 58 (Route 19), proceed to Abingdon. At the intersection of Alt. Hwy. 58 (Route 19) and Main Street (Route 11) turn right. Proceed 5.5 miles. Clinic is on left hand side of road, sign in the front yard.
